- BSNL / TATA / Reliance phones are easily available. ISDN, Lease line and Broad Band from BSNL will be available.
- Proposed Private Telephone Exchange & Common Radio Link facility would be available.
- Optical fibre cable to be laid throughout the complex.

- Common space for parking of vehicles and centralised vehicle pay & park facility.
- Latest safety and security systems within the complex.
- Sufficient arrangement of street light and parking for all kind of vehicles within the complex.
- 5,00,000 liters overhead water tank within the complex allowing 24 hours water supply.
- Piped gas systems for industrial use may be available as two gas supply line by GAIL & Reliance are passing near the Insutrial park. Necessary arrangement shall be done by Manufacturer / Enterpreneur.
- Pay & use common wash & wear room for labourers and truck drivers.
- Intercom facility available.
