Main Features

  • Plan approved by The Bhiwandi Nizampura City Municipal Corporation under Industrial Zone - I - 2.
  • Special promotional and financial incentives like Industrial Promotion Subsidy (IPS), Interest Subsidy, Exemption from Electric Duty, VAT Subsidy, Octroi Refund, Waiver on Stamp Duty and others depending on industry case-to-case basis.
  • Octroi free area as per Bhiwandi Municipal resolution No : 26-A dated : Feb. 06, 2007
  • 100 MW Electric Substation within the complex will be facilitate by MSEB-Bhiwandi Municipality.
  • Fire Station facility will be availed within the complex.
  • Maharashtra Pollution Control Board approval under orange category.
  • A proposed eco-friendly power generation plant within the complex to be set up.
  • Central Government Subsidy under TUFS Scheme *

Project Specifications

  • Well designed Textile cum Industrial Buildings (also custon-built, if required) as per approved plan with Floor Space Index 1:1
  • Large and small plots in multiplies of 5000 sq.ft. available
  • Well designed Ground + Two structure with water proof roofing. The ground floor height will be 16 feet and first floor height will be 14 feet.
  • Main road 30 metre (Tar road) and all internal road 15 metre wide (RCC)
  • 20 feet marginal area from road to building with compound walls and gate.
